Maya was super friendly, drove us around to view houses when we visited, and checked out several places for us when we couldn't be there in person. I'm sure we weren't the lowest maintenance clients but Maya was always prompt to respond and moved quickly to get info on any place we were interested in. But Maya and the team made everything seamless and smooth. Let me start out that my son loved Ms. Maya! They made a video of him showing the house and it was the biggest thrill to talk about what he loved about his house! The selling process started with a very clear plan on how to position our house in the market. Communication was very important and Maya was available early in the morning, late at night, on her vacation, pretty much whenever a question or concern popped up. Throughout the entire selling process Maya kept communicated how things were going and what to expect. We always felt there was a plan to get our house sold. After the house was sold was when the team really shined! Being 8 hours away Maya helped check on the house, helped us close and resolve all the concerns from the inspection, and ensured with the winter weather that our home was protected. For the closing, the communication was fantastic! Gina and the team walked us through the paperwork and what was needed from us to be sure everything was ready on time. It’s just incredibly reassuring to know the people you are working with have your best interest in mind and care as much about the process being stress free as you do. Maya's availability, communication and knowledge of the business were amazing, I live across the country so everything was remote and via email and text. Maya was always available via text for me, and the staff in the office was as well. We were signing papers on a Wednesday afternoon on the west coast and had a question, we were able to reach Gina for clarification even though it was well after closing time on the east coast.
